La chambre tres bien avec vue sur la mer, très propre, mais il y a un gros manque un petit frigo. Nous croyons que c'est essentiel dans une chambre d'hôtel en vacance. It would have been better if it was offering services in English as well as spanish. We struggled to understand things.the toilet issues and hot water issues were resilved wirhin a few hours of the issue. Staff were friendly and room was beautiful. La habitación y el personal del hotel amables, el problema fue el chek-in , se supone que es a las 3 de la tarde y no fue así me dejaron accesar a mi habitación hasta las 6 de la tarde con la única excusa de que estaba lleno y no terminaba de limpiar habitaciónes pésimo
