"this was one of the most comfortable, easy to navigate vacation homes we have ever had. we used the grill, kitchen had everything you need, the deep sinks made washing dishes easy, (there was a dishwasher. but we didn't use it), windows allowed a 180 degree view of the back yard and forest beyond, where we saw a family of deer. Everyone slept like babies on mattresses that were heavenly! Or was super available and responsive to questions. A hannaford super market is 2.3 miles away. Bread Alone...

"This is our 4th time staying here! And it won't be the last. Weather perfect for sitting on the deck with coffee and cocktails watching the creek slowly flow by. Beds are super comfortable with the BEST pillows. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. O.J, incredible bread with butter and strawberry preserves to greet you! Only a mile from town. "Four friends had a wonderful time at Black Walnut Tree Farm. The space was amazing! There was plenty of spaces that we could hang out together, but also we each had areas that we could retreat to. The kitchen was well-stocked ands spacious, the large living room had many comfortable seats around the fire, and there was a great sunroom where we could sit and play games. The grounds were huge and one could easily get lost walking around the property. We all loved the place and are collectively...

"Great country house, well situated near town, with stream in the rear. Would definitely stay here agin. Excellent communication with the owner, whose attention to detail helps to make this a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen -- pretty much everything you might need. This is a cozy house, not a fancy house. Very comfortable for a family. Stairs are a bit steep for little kids with kids beds upstairs."

"This property was perfect for our weekend in Kingston. Lovely neighborhood, lots of restaurants just blocks away, including Rough Draft bookstore/cafe/bar a block away which was a hit with the whole family. We hiked Mohonk Preserve by day and enjoyed the backyard and fire at night. Andrea left amenities that went above and beyond the usual rental. Highly recommend!"

"The house was fantastic. Close to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort and a cute one street town. Peter and Lara had both wood burning stoves going for us when we arrived. The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. "Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."

"This home has been updated nicely and is situated on a nice amount of land to take your pup for a nice walk during the mornings and whenever you are "at home." The kitchen has been well renovated and the beds are very comfy. Close to lots of good hiking and food in New Paltz and the surrounding area. Simone is a responsive host."

"The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. We especially enjoyed the front mudroom and staging area perfect for storing muddy hiking boots and backpacks. Our week long state was magical. Coffee in the Adirondack chairs next to the river...
