“La Villa Aphro was our home away from home. The tucked away boutique resort felt like our own personal Air B and B. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a delightful welcome native drink that I wanted to drink the entire trip. My. Husband arrived with an upset stomach from our united airlines flight from IAD. Staff immediately jump to action showed to our room and made him two drinks. A special ginger drink the bartender put together and seltzer. My husband slept and was felling back to his self……

“Stayed at Urbano Hotel recently and honestly had a really good experience. The hotel has a fresh vibe to it and you can feel that the new management is trying to take the place to another level. My room was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was actually really nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. For the price, it was definitely worth it and I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Accra.”

“My experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s lukewarm attitude and lack of enthusiasm did not create a welcoming first impression. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional. After informing her that I was checking in, she asked what time I had booked the hotel.
