「We had a lovely few days at Dale House. Dominique is a wonderful host and a skilful chef. We had a memorable dinner one evening and our cooked breakfast each morning was a highlight. Dominique was also very accommodating with our dog which made all the difference. Dale House is located in a very quiet spot within the moors so if you appreciate the peacefulness this place is for you. 」

「I have traveled more than 30 countries and more than 500 hotels and most of them are 5-star hotels. For the first time, I stayed in a place that didn't feel like a hotel, and it wasn't fun at all.
