「The cottage was clean, cozy, and much larger than I expected! It was in a fairly out of the way location (but not far at all from Oban) that was great for avoiding city traffic. Our host Maureen was very nice and friendly and If/when we travel back to Scotland, and plan on visiting Oban, we would happily stay here again.」

「Stayed for a week in this cottage with fabulous views. Very clean and just about everything you need. We were only missing a corkscrew and egg cups, but anything else you need is there. Not quite as homely as we would have hoped as the cottage is quite sparse, but still had a wonderful time. Great to be able to access the canal and take a nice long walk to Neptune’s staircase from the cottage!」

「The accommodation was to a high standard and very comfortable with stunning views. Lismore is a wonderful, tranquil island, rich in wildlife and beautiful scenery. Otters and seals spotted daily from the accommodation. Mother otter and pup seen at Point and Port Ramsay during the day. Loved watching the nesting birds and geese with small goslings. Hope to be back.」

「A great property in a fabulous location and very well equipped too. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive and we were made to feel welcome and valued. Red deer stags walking past your front door, a sighting of a pine marten, eagles soaring overhead and an otter swimming in the mirror like water. A little taste of paradise!」

Immaculate, roomy, with easy access to the roads to take our family of five on many hikes and adventures while having a cozy home base to return to when we were done with our day. Could not recommend more for anyone looking to stay around Glencoe.」

「We absolutely loved this cottage, peaceful location with stunning views of a 13th Century castle with hens, deer and bird life in your 'front garden'. Very clean and wonderful walks to the loch through woodland. Aldo great location to reach other parts of this wonderful isle of Mull. Richard and Kirsty are also are brilliant hosts. 「Communication from Karen leading up to our stay was excellent, meaning the caravan was very easy to find. Both in this communication and the handy folder in the caravan meant after a full day travelling and exploring getting there we were able to find somewhere to eat easily. Caravan itself was kitted out with everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable ensuring we had a good sleep. Area itself is beautiful with lots to explore.
