“The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not……

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”

“Esse hotel é um achado! No meio de um vale, super aconchegante e com uma vista incrivel. O quarto era imenso e o banheiro tinha opção tanto de ducha italiana quanto banheira. O café da manhã é simples, mas você vai encontrar croissants, pães, iogurtes, geleias e frios, além de dos mais variados tipos de café. Localização excelente para quem está numa road trip pela Toscana. Fica a cerca de 10 minutos de Montepulciano e você consegue ficar longe da muvuca turística. ”

“Camera minimale ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico appunto la temperatura della camera veramente eccessiva e non regolabile. Anche dopo aver chiamato la reception che ha provveduto a spegnere da remoto il riscaldamento la temperatura è rimasta sui 29 gradi.. troppo troppo.. l’unica era aprire la finestra, ma pioveva..”

“Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)”

“Spectacular hotel and spa. Magnificent grounds and facilities. This is a 5-star hotel that deserves its rating. Breakfasts were spectacular. The room was so quiet—no sounds at all. ”
