「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Was a great property all in all, we booked it last minute so decent price for the day of. Food was great, location was great, staff great. Only issue we had was bed was a bit hard but that's also personal preference!」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「A quick walk to the train station and ferry ports. It's also super close to the main town which offers a lot of dining options. Although the reception is located by the main street, you need to go up several steps beside the building to get to the back where the rooms are located. There's also no elevator so be prepared to lug your bags up and down some stairs. Very good options for breakfast (mostly cold, with scrambled eggs and bacon offered) but quite a generous spread. Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for our long weekend - wished we had stayed longer.」
