“My sister and I needed a quick getaway from the world and found refuge in this sweet little cottage that is right on the creek. The cottage was pristine, fully eqipped, quiet and tastefully decorated. My communication with the owner, Jane, was "easy breezy". Our favorite part of our stay were the sights and sounds of the water! It was truly magnificent. We came to the cottage a little tired from the pressures of life but left rejuvenated and filled with peace. Our short stay was delightful. We……

“this was one of the most comfortable, easy to navigate vacation homes we have ever had. we used the grill, kitchen had everything you need, the deep sinks made washing dishes easy, (there was a dishwasher. but we didn't use it), windows allowed a 180 degree view of the back yard and forest beyond, where we saw a family of deer. Everyone slept like babies on mattresses that were heavenly! Or was super available and responsive to questions. A hannaford super market is 2.3 miles away. Bread Alone……

“This is our 4th time staying here! And it won't be the last. Weather perfect for sitting on the deck with coffee and cocktails watching the creek slowly flow by. Beds are super comfortable with the BEST pillows. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. O.J, incredible bread with butter and strawberry preserves to greet you! Only a mile from town. “Property was updated and clean. Good location for hikes. The hot tub was enjoyable. Minimal kitchen tools and utensils. Plan ahead if you are cooking. Close to super market and dollar general if you forget some bits. Good location to pop into downtown.”

“I’d absolutely recommend this stay for everyone. The loft is very homey. The spa bathroom is to die for. There’s such a cute coffee/tea station! And the area is in a cute little peaceful town. Checking in and out was very simple. They give detailed directions which I appreciated.”

“We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! “The location is perfect, especially if you’re going to a show at Colony. Nice apartment-style unit with character. Bed was comfortable. Because it’s an old building, sounds travel through the walls quite often, but a white noise app helps drown them out. Definitely not a deal breaker. Check-in/out is easy and a full kitchen is good to have if you are staying for a few days. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Woodstock.”

“Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome.”

“Easy check in. I was able to get an early check in and a late check out upon request. I enjoyed my Mountain View room, it was amazing. The desk will hook you up with sticks to toast marshmallows in the fire pit. Property was clean, and the room was dope. The property is in a great location. The down side was, the hotel was short staffed and the restaurant and bar was closed during my stay. The good thing is, Prospect restaurant inside of Scribner hotel is located right across the street. ”
