“This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was very flexible with our reservations and requests and was in constant communication the entire trip. Nice Work!”

“Perfect location nestled in woods and walking distance to a beautiful lake for swimming and recreation.”

“What a fabulous weekend with friends. The hot tub was well used and we were fortunate to have picture perfect weather to use it. Fit 6 of us comfortably. The house is very well set up and big enough for us all. The Den/Game room was so much fun. A bit warm down there, but we loved all the games. The air hockey table and pool table were used a lot, we had a minor set back with power in one bathroom getting tripped and it was fixed asap. Communication was fantastic with Janet to remedy the……

“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. “Perfection.”

“Loved how secluded it was ,the quietness the unit was exceptional clean & fresh , The grounds are expertly groomed with a ,firepit and a really nice hot tub will be back again as a 3 &4 bedroom unit is availiblealso”

The water in the bathroom sinks smelled like sulphur. The downstairs toilet was so noisy and running all night that it kept me up most……

“We loved the location, king sized beds in each room and 4 bathrooms. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed the 11 of us comfortably. The hot tub was a huge hit!”

“Artsy, comfortable and cozy cottage in a country setting. Love the deck for grilling! This was our second time here and we hope to be back again!”
