The only hotel in Acco
It’s fine to stay there. Overall is good.
The private beach was good.
The hair dryer was not provided.
And there is no desk in the rooms so not so easy to use laptops.
The bed and shower room are good,
But there was a thunder storm coming and the electricity was down for hours.
The breakfast is ok.

Oasis in the Dessert
This place truly is an oasis in the dessert. We took 3 days at this amazing hotel to rest from our days of hiking at Petra. The staff was great and Esraa at the front desk made sure everything was perfect. We felt like royalty. When in Aqaba, Jordan there is no place better than the Movenpick in city center.

Komplett heruntergekommenes Hotel an einer erst vor wenigen Jahren erstellten und eigentlich wunderschönen Strandpromenade.
Das Hotel erinnert mit seinem hohen Zaun an ein Gefängnis. Ich war der einzige Gast (so schien es zumindest). Alles war komplett offseason.... Stühle und Liegen am Pool gestapelt, Zugang zum Meer verschlossen.
Das Zimmer hübsch mit Postkartenaussicht auf die Altstadt. Die Fenster aber seit Jahren nicht geputzt.
Sehr nette Dame an der Reception. Sie schien aber rund um die Uhr präsent zu sein und die einzige Mitarbeiterin. Ein seltsamer Ort....

Acco Beach Hotel needs a refurb and a good cleaning. Check-in and check-out was easy. WiFi was fast and free. However, there were problems. There was thick ice in the freezer, the balcony door lock was broken, there was a hole in the closet wall, and the shower was dirty. It was in a good location though, right off the boardwalk on the beach with a great view.

A very tired hotel
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights ...after the first night my husband got no sleep at all , loud music being played and people outside our window in the pool past midnight. Early next morning the cleaning staff were more loud and noisy if that's possible . We had to ask for a change of room. ...somewhere quieter which we got right on the roadside!!!! ..the rooms and hotel were far from clean, we didn't trust the breakfast despite being offered a complimentary one after our first night . We didn't trust the pool either because of the standard of what they call clean , there seems to be nobody to manage this property, a great lack of maintenance around the hotel is evident. It's location on the beach is its best feature and only 15 minute walk from the train station and the nearby small mall. However if you are planning to stay any longer than 1 night be prepared ...and take some earplugs as a minimum.
