I had a great experience staying at The Minuteman Inn in Acton. Rohan, who helped me with my bookings, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and made the process so easy. I stayed here throughout the summer weekdays, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. Thank you to all the team, and especially to Rohan, for making my summer stay so easy and pleasant!

Comfortable bed, but loud stay

Comfortable bed, but loud stay. Sounded like someone was stomping up and down most of night. Hotel needs to update and upgrade amenities- no ice machine, no standing ironing board. Property around needs some up keep as well. The backyard view from our room wasn’t the best. They advertise a tranquil retreat but it’s an average motel stay.

The bathroom is really small. And there was no ironing board. Needs to have some upgrades. Bed is comfortable. And the staff is always nice and help.

Never again. From the bugs on the floor, a spit ball and grocery store fruit sticker on the bathroom walls to the toothpaste dripping down the outside of the sink, I had a feeling we were in trouble cleanliness wise. Morning showers consisted of 100% hot water, 100% cold water, or water turned off. There was no way to make the water temperature medium, or even lukewarm. The staff was friendly, but apparently could not determine “where can we go to eat around here?” from “we would like an extra room key.” we did feel safe in the area, and even being quite close to a highway, it was quiet.

I booked a room for two nights while attending a work conference. Check in was easy. The quality of the rooms and property were poor. There was no WiFi, the microwave and tv didn’t work, and most of the furniture was dirty (like it was found on the side of the road). There was someone else’s hair embedded in the towels. Also, the toilet never flushed because there wasn’t enough water pressure.

The front desk manager was very nice and the snacks in the room was a nice touch, but there was a loud party next door and so much weed smoking. Not a very relaxing environment but the price was decent for the area.

I'd Stay There Again

I liked the location. It was near to all the places I wanted to visit. The room was clean, equipped with a small fridge and a microwave oven. Bed was comfortable enough. The only thing is that there was no recycling system. Recyclable material had to end up in the trash, but that's more an issue of the state of Massachusetts, really.
