“The staff are very friendly and helpful”

“Room was cold, carpet was dirty, and the location was far away from the tube station (better to take the bus from the station to this hotel)…never wanna stay there again. Staff was friendly tho.”

“It was like a squat”

“The place is generally clean and the staff friendly. The presence of a washing machine and an additional fan upon request are two pluses. My room albeit on the ground floor has its small single window facing a wall only. The bathroom facilities tend to be a little too basic.”

“The area has everything you could need including a beautiful green space & park. However, the property is not luxury. When we arrived there was building work still happening, the apartment was not the one advertised, there was no oven as stated, the bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around in it and there was a foul smell, like a blocked drain smell, in the bathroom. The bed was awful, the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. The apartment was narrow, no decent views from the window as……

“Convenient location, nicely appointed room.”

“We loved the location, the history and the staff.”

“The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. ”

“Big room and good mattress only”
