“The hallways were not vacuumed, our room needed more towels and the front desk said they didn’t have more towels so we had to wash our own towels. There was mold in the bathroom, and rust on some of the fixings. It smelled like marijuana in the hallways. We were there for 6 days and did not get one visit from housekeeping. We had to get our own toilet paper and garbage bags. The mini-refrigerator rattled. The parking lot was the smoking section, and no signage saying “no smoking” so we had to……

“I reserved room for my husband with his CC, he arrived and they would not let him check in because I reserved the room and I was not there even through they could see his CC on file for the room. absolute BS, they did not offer to cancel reservation and check him in get a room without reservation having rooms available.”
