The room was clean, the bathroom adequate, the parking was easy, and the area was quiet. The fridge and the microwave were an appreciated benefit. The bed was like plywood, and the pillows were well-worn. The bedding was clean, but the mattress and pillows could be upgraded for more comfort. Overall, the stay was a good experience and value.

The pleasant room decor and cleanliness of this “budget-friendly” hotel exceeded this senior citizen’s expectations…plus being close to ECU where my grandson often competes in band makes it an ideal choice for me. The nearby Brahms make it an overall sweet deal for me! I’ll be back!!

Great value stay, clean and well kept rooms, very convenient. As other reviewers have notes, you can hear the nearby bar from the room (at least on Friday night when is stayed), but it was exactly what I needed, an affordable and clean place to sleep

Dont judge a book by its cover

For an older motel the rooms were surprisingly well kept and very clean. Nice quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time im in town.

A/C worked great, towels were good, room was clean good repair, shower was easy to adjust and great water pressure and temp. Wish there were no slip strips in the very clean slick tub. grab bars would be more expensive but a thought too. would stay here again without question.

Clean, reasonably priced, but older property

The exterior looks a little rough but the staff is friendly, the bed was good, it was quiet, and the room was clean. The property is old and the furniture was old but in good condition. For the price our experience was great and we would definitely go back.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet for a few hours, but someone with kids came in and the kids kept running by our window hollaring and slamming the car doors. I know this is not the hotels fault.

Great place for the price

The building itself was old. The hotel reminded me of the ones we would stay in when i was a kid. The rooms were clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and big. The only drawback was they didn't have the a/c running in the room,it was 87 degrees when we opened the door.

Staff is friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s an older motel AND it did not feel run down like some motels I’ve stayed in along my travels. If I had to offer anything to invest in first as new owners, it would be the surrounding pavement. Just drive slow. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was unsure at first because there were only four reviews on this property, but every one of them said it was clean, so I booked it. This is a gem. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay, this should be your choice in Ada, Oklahoma.

The property was better than what I saw when we pulled up in front. The outside was neat and clean, but it looked old. Check in was easy and fast. When we went to our room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, had new carpet and the bathroom looked like everything was new. Only problem was the bed was hard to me, hubs said he loved it.

The light switches and exterior door to my room were filthy. I used disinfectant wipes to clean the residue off. I won’t use ‘clean’ towels that are stored above the toilet. When I took the towels out of my room to the front desk to ask for freshly laundered towels, the front desk lady was pissed and rude. The bed was clean and comfy.

Fine not fantastic

Stay was ok, the rooms and bathrooms look newly remodeled but there was a damp odor, it had been raining. The furniture is on the older side. Quick check in room as shown on photos
