「The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

「The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly!! We were going to our grandsons graduation and she printed off directions to help us. In the evening we couldn't figure out something regarding the cooling system and the TV and the desk clerk came up to the room twice to assist us. They were so friendly and we love staying there.」

「Our Junior Suite had a wonderful balcony view. We will return for further stays over a weekend as the restaurant and bar are not open on weekdays.」

「Heat didn't work but I didn't really need it. WiFi unavailable but that's probably the service provider's fault and water didn't run hot enough - took me a while to figure out the tap situation in the shower.」

「The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and sanitary, the service staff is very warm, is willing to provide all kinds of help, breakfast is abundant. The facilities are very humanized, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. The design of the room decoration is also very distinctive. 「Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The breakfast attendant kept items well stocked. She made sure that vacated tables were cleaned and ready for the next guests to enjoy their meal. The room was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the fresh pancakes that were made to order by a pancake machine! Also, the pool and hot tub were great. The area was kept clean and towels were well stocked. Our room was also very spacious and immaculate.」

「I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Vermont establishment. The beer was great, the meatballs were literally amazing. At first I felt the price of the pizza was a bit high but after eating it I had zero regrets, worth it. Our room was above the bar and provided ear buds. We wouldn’t need them on this night because we may have been the only guests....

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.」
