10/10 Excellent

"Clean, quiet, feels like home kind of hotel! Even tho they are under construction ATM and adding a big section on to the hotel it was still very quiet and u wldnt even know there is work being done while staying here. Talked to management about arranging a long term stay and they were able to give us a wonderful deal and had a room to accommodate us immediately which no other hotel was able to do that as quickly as Lancaster Inn and Suites in Manheim PA. We were able to grab a room with a kitchen area and a separate bedroom and when spending so much time in a hotel those things definitely make a long term stay so much easier to deal with, especially making it feel closer to being at home when u have the ability to cook in ur room not to mention all the money it also saves not having to eat out the entire time. We will definitely be staying with u guys anytime we are in need of a room in this area. Thank you to the staff for all the help u provided us!!"

"Property is centrally located in a nice quiet area, it would help dramatically if there was a Keurig coffee pot in the rooms and a microwave. There was no iron, but there was a hairdryer, and comfortable beds. Dehumidifier was extremely noisy and unable to sleep if it were running during the night… staff was very pleasant, and the decor was apropos for the season. Hoping the few upgrades that was mentioned occur, definitely will recommend this facility."

"I didn’t I appreciate love the breakfast. The toaster really didn’t work. It didn’t toast smell like the bagels with that were horrible and the coffee did not taste good. I stayed there a while ago and it was hard boiled eggs, and the toaster worked and there was a blueberry muffins, corn muffins, but this time there was nothing so that’s just my opinion I would they could do when I got better job with that"

"The lobby grounds & room was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. We checked in 2 hours before scheduled check-in & there was a room ready for us. The room was dated, but very clean. The walls were peeling & there was a couch with 2 ottomans but no table which was weird, as there was a big open space on one wall. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Bed was large (king size) & comfortable, sheets were clean. We would definitely stay here again."
