"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. "The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult.
