"The house was stunning! The views were incredible, very well stocked kitchen and grill area. The AC worked great in a very hot month! We loved having access to all the kayaks and the house being right on the water just made it the best vacation ever!!!!"
Suma Sands Villa, Beachfront Villa with Pool & Sandy Beach All Year Round

"Had issues with the oven heating up to desired temperature. Had a Chef come and cook dinner and he suggested that the homeowner invest in a new stove, sharp knives, decent cutting boards. As the Chef was slicing the beef tenderloin, plastic pieces from the cutting board got all over the meat. Needing additional bath towels took over three days to be delivered. , I’d suggest having additional towels in each bathroom for your guests. This would save housekeeping from having to make the long trek out to Little Exuma.Someone knocked on my son’s bedroom window at 11:20 PM, gave us all quite the scare. Make sure that the doors are locked.Other than that, house is beautiful, lots of space for our large group of 11. The view and beach is absolutely amazing! My family and I would definitely come back to Suma Sands Villa, every beach house has its issues and hopefully the next time we come there is a few new amenities."

"Our family of 10 enjoyed 10 days in July at inspiration point! We especially enjoyed the direct beach access and pool! The beach is one of the best on the island and it was essentially private. Due to the location being so far from town and restaurants, we cooked more meals than usual on this vacation. We would have liked the kitchen to be a little better equipped for cooking. The 35 minute drive to town over some pretty rough roads is the only negative. If you want privacy this is the place! Kim the property manager is great and went above and beyond to make out stay as perfect as possible! She cooked a meal for us that was wonderful and well worth it! Overall the home was great with plenty of space. The two downstairs rooms were very large which was great for families with small children sleeping in their parents rooms."

"This property met and exceeded our expectations. The central location made it easy to explore both north and south. An easy drive to either airport. Groceries, liquor and gas right around the corner. We spent every evening relaxing at the water’s edge watching the wildlife, distant lightning and stargazing. Lots of turtles, a leopard ray, dolphins and tons of fish right in front of the cottage! Debbie and Phil are fantastic hosts! We can’t wait to come back later this year!"

"This was the best trip! Be sure to take advantage of Judy, the concierge—she was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. While it is a remote destination, that’s part of what makes it so special.We also did the 8-hour tour with Exuma Water Sports and visited some of the coolest spots in the Exumas. It was an unforgettable experience and absolutely worth it.I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique and amazing getaway!"
