Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they  tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the kettle was not working, informed the reception but it was never replaced, reception personnel was nice and polite but absolutely no actions was taken about complaints.
