「Relaxing secluded location 」

「Very pretty house with a perfect mix of open living space and well designed sleeping area. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. Living area had pretty open space incorporating the living room and dining room. It also had a view from kitchen. Overall a great place to stay!」

「Cute little house away from the Bar Harbor mess. Host clearly loves the area and provides a wealth of useful information. House is immaculate and in like new condition. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Only negative is the the two stair cases are steep and would not be a good choice for someone with limited mobility.」

「Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

「We had visited the Milbridge area several times in the past but this was our first stay at SeaSmoke Cottage. As described, the views of Flat Bay were stunning. The cottage was very comfortable. Although the oven had to be replaced during our stay, this did not hamper our enjoyment as we were able to use the stovetop and microwave. 「Spent a couple days during Lobstah festival. Took advantage of the kitchen and BBQ. Master shower not very user-friendly with current knob setup spent more time drying the floor than showering. 」
