This apartment was completely renovated in summer 2017. From the balcony you have a fantastic view to the sea and to the Island "La Gomera". The house is very clean - there is a quiete ambience, so you can enjoy your holidays better. In the surroundigs you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bus stops. To the next beach it is only a 5 minutes walk. In the evening you will see beutiful sunsets from the balcony.

Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr laut, von der Straße schallt es sehr laut hoch. Das Sofa ist etwas durchgesessen. Toller Blick vom Balkon.

This was a lovely clean cozy apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony.The location was ideal...a few minutes walk from the beach and lovely walks.The bus station was a short walk away and there was a shortcut through the park as you come out the side door of Copacabana.We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.

Lovely property right on the heart of the resort

Excellent property, clean, well-equipped, very comfortable bed. Lovely sea-views with sunny balcony. Located just minutes walk from the sea-front with all its bars,shops and restaurants. Also just minutes walk to the main bus-station giving cheap, comfortable access further afield. Lovely, supportive owners.

A perfect little home from home...

This was our second visit to Tenerife. This place was ideal for any couple looking to dodge the cost shackle of all inclusive hotels, and venture out for varied meals up and down the coast. It's location is perfect in San Eugenio Bajo, midway between Adeje and Playa de Las Americas. The apartment is virtually on the coast and we had the convenient private space included for our rental car. There are two supermarkets within a few minutes walk so you can stock up the fridge with food and drink and have peaceful breakfasts and sunset drinks on the seaview balcony. The bed was clean, fresh and very comfortable. All bedding and towels were provided and no part of our stay gave us any reason to complain at all about the apartment. We would definitely stay here again, and gladly recommend it to our friends. Sophie & Justin.

Apartment ist super! Sunset am Balkon absolut sehenswert!

Appartement und Anlage super nett! Strand playa de Bobo gleich in der Nähe mit Kinderspielplatz, Lebensmittelgeschäft unten im Haus, Autovermietung und Eck. Pool in der Anlage und alles super sauber und gepflegt! Eigentümerin Dagmar sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Monika und Andrea ( übrigens ein Mann ;-)) sehr freundlich und nett! Übergabe der Schlüssel hat sowohl bei der Ankubft als auch bei der Abfahrt perfekt funktioniert und man fühlt sich wohl. Wir waren mit unserer 2,5jahrr alten Tochter , der es auch sehr gut gefallen hat!

Very nice apartment with a nice view from the balcony against La Gomera and the ocean. Everything in the apartment was in order and it was warm and cosy during the nights in January. Five minutes walk to a wonderful beach and streetwalk along the beach. Nice and calm area.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Hell, freundlich,modern und sauber mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Das Bett war sehr gut . Matrazen fest . Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Monica und Andrea haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch während des Aufenthaltes sofort geantwortet.

Pfuschneu renoviertes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in Dagmar’s freundlichem und hellen Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Fussläufig in der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht. Man kann kilometerweise nach links (Los Cristianos) oder rechts (Costa Caleta) an der Strandpromenade spazieren. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben es abends genossen auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Danke an Monica und Andrea für den herzlichen Empfang. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

perfekte Lage - sehr sauberes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist im perfekten Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr schnell - alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Sauberkeit im Appartement. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Lovely clean and modern apartment situated in an ideal position in Costa Adeje, everything you require was there, lovely view looking towards La Gomera. Well kept grounds lots of cleaning and tidying up going on around the apartment building. Certainly would look to return here if coming back to Costa Adeje. Thanks to Monica for showing us round the apartment on arrival and coming to see us on departure. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, would also recommend to anybody looking for modern, clean apartment near the beach in Costa Adeje.

sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Appartement vom Owner nicht vollgestellt war, sondern viel Platz war. Hell freundlich und sauber.
