The villa is located 7 minutes from Golf Costa Adeje and 8 minutes from the nearest beach (by car).

The area is very quiet and allows you to rest and relax enjoying the day with friends and family.

The terrace offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastal cities.

The private pool is heated and is 'infinity' type (pool Inifinity). the pool is 8m x 4m. The pool is provided of a cover which is very useful for keeping the pool warm enough. The heating of the pool is lit from October to May and runs automatically from 9:00 until 17:00. You may also put in function 24h with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The pool heating function can be put also in the summer, 10 euros per day from 9:00 to 17:00. and 15 euros per day 24h.

It is ideal for tourists who do not want to be away from the tourist cities, but want to enjoy peace and privacy, away from mass tourism accommodation.

The villa is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, pool towels and linen;
- Television with Spanish channels, English, German and French;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, Hair Dryer and Safe.

From the lounge you can enjoy a unique view of the Atlantic and the island 'La Gomera'. In 8 minutes you get to the beach or the golf course (driving).

The house is ideal for families with children, but also perfect for families without children.

the house has a large bedroom with a bathroom en suite (shower). The two other two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The living room has a dining table for 6 people. For younger have high chairs, cribs if necessary.
