Holidays 'Las Flores 1A' with Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Las Flores 1D is located in Las Américas, close to the beach as well as leisure areas and restaurants. The 45 m² studio property consists of a kitchen-dining area, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, fan, and washing machine. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



The complex where the accommodation is located has a lift. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the complex (level -1) and does not include a balcony or exterior window. However, you have direct access to the pool area, where you can relax and sunbathe during your stay. Guests may also enjoy a shared space equipped with sun loungers for added comfort.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. A cot and a high chair can be provided for an extra fee. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed in the apartment. This rental features electricity and water-saving characteristics.
