「We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained...

「Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.」

Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.」
