「Phone didn’t work No Kleenex No charging plugs Carpet nasty」

「Good rooms and service 」

「We were only stopping for sleep thankfully. Staff was friendly at check in at 1:47am. My family laid down and went to sleep pretty much immediately. However my wife woke up earlier. There were hairs from the previous occupant in the soap tray in the shower. Also what appeared to be marijuana remnants left behind on the desk. 」

「Every staff person that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The evening "snack" and breakfast were delicious and plentiful! We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great stay! Will look forward to staying at a Drury Hotel again soon!」

「They have a full breakfast that is wonderful.The staff members were very nice and helpful. Our room had a kitchen with eating area plus living area with couch. The room was spotless and comfortable. We will return again.」

「First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's what these big hotel chains are going for. Breakfast was just okay... Now, here is what I liked. Clean room, clean bathroom. At night they serve snacks and there is a nice carafe of cold lemon water...

「Placed us in a room at the end of the hall right next to an exit door. Slamming doors all night. Cigarette smoke from the outside migrated into our room. This should never be used as a guest room due to its proximity to the exit door. 」

「This hotel is very old and definitely shows its age. Any updates were hurried and completed badly. The tv didn’t work, paint on the ceiling from the walls and next to no water pressure. The sheets, as my son said, felt like lying on sandpaper. If you want a place to sleep overnight and leave immediately it will do as a push. I’m not expecting much for the price, but even I felt overcharged. The staff were super nice and friendly, and working with what they have, they did good. I think this...

「Room was clean and comfortable. Thermostat didn't work very well so the room temp was never quite comfortable. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had lots of choices including fruit, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon and more. We ate in the middle of the breakfast hours and some of the food was cold, some was really good, and some was burnt. Maybe we just hit it on an off day or time, wouldn't object to...

「The room was very nice and spacious. The morning after I arrived, the refrigerator was not working properly. I called the front desk. They apologized and said they would get someone right out to fix it. The maintenance personnel came and gave me a completely different refrigerator which worked. I was very impressed 」
