A spacious main lounge welcomes you in, where a large sofa and armchairs create an easy setting for conversation, movie nights, or unwinding after a day around Adelaide. Nearby, a second living area adds flexibility, with a desk and chair providing a quiet workspace during the day.

The kitchen and dining area form the everyday hub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and generous bench space, making everything from a quick morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner simple to prepare. Gather around the dining table, where everyone can sit comfortably for shared meals or planning the next day. Outside, the courtyard provides a natural spot for outdoor dining and barbecues, while the backyard lawn opens additional space to enjoy the sunshine or relax with a book.

The primary bedroom sits quietly toward the rear of the home and includes a queen bed, walk-in robe, a ceiling fan, and attached ensuite. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be combined into a king on request, along with built-in wardrobe storage. The main bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, while a separate toilet adds extra convenience for groups.

A dedicated laundry adds everyday practicality for both short visits and extended stays. Parking is available in the garage for one car, with additional space on the driveway.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
