I had a really enjoyable experience, right in the heart of Glenelg. The views from this property are outstanding, and it had definitely had everything I needed.
Both balconies had views worth enjoying over a cold beer or glass of wine.
Communication with the property manager/owner was 10/10.
We had a wonderful week at Andrew's property in Glenelg. Great location close to the beach and the tram was a few minutes walk away. We were met at the property by Lis, who walked us through and made us feel welcome. The property was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I hope we will be back again soon for another week.

Great location. Close to public transport, dining venues and the lovely Glenelg beach. The apartment has all your needs covered. Beautifully clean, secure and comfortable. the only small issue is the key box is temperamental. I would recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay or a business trip.
2 story apartment. Very clean. Well appointed. Good location although Neighbourhood a little noisy on weekend nights with a few loud party goers. Nice park view from balcony. Instructions to find parking and apartment need to be a lot clearer. Received directions very late with critical details missing.
Did not realise check out time was 9am. Owners turned up at 9.20am and entered unit while we were both using the bathroom.
No check-out time mentioned at all in printed information inside unit so we assumed was 10am. Owner advised it was listed on website!

This proprty is neither a penthouse nor does it have Beach Views. It is a quite nice apartment on the 4th floor of a low rise building with 7 apartments per floor, There is NO beach view - when I spoke to the owner about it he said to lean over the alcony and look down the side of the building, Doing that you can see about 20 meters of sand in the far distance. He also claimed ther were beach views from the upstairs balcony. - All you can see is some vague coast line many miles away over the tops of some roofs. THIS IS A BLANANT MISREPRESENTATION OF THE APARTMENT!!!!
The apartment had everything and more than we needed. We stayed for three nights at the end of our two week trip to Adelaide. It was nice to be able to relax and have space after staying in hotels and to be able to do some washing. It was also a great base to explore Glenelg. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest when we were there so after exploring during the day when it wasn't raining it was nice to relax on the couch and have dinner delivered from one of the many restaurants close by. Communication with Andrew was great, self check-in details at first looked a bit daunting but once we followed his very detailed instructions it was really easy. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This apartment was immaculate with all technology conveniences of home. Location is perfect being a short stroll to main street of activity and shops. Easy to get in and out for exploring all Adelaide had to offer.
Great location close to all amenities with a lovely outlook. Enhanced security provisions can need a bit of practice to master. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and a really comfortable bed made our stay most enjoyable.

Clean and very comfortable accommodation with easy access to the beach or shopping on jetty Rd.
