The open-plan living area includes a sofa, TV, split-system heating and cooling and sliding glass doors that extend to an enclosed balcony. The sofa can also be prepared for two additional guests on request for an additional fee, adding flexibility for different travel needs. A compact kitchen includes all the essentials for light cooking—gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine—so you can enjoy breakfast before exploring Adelaide. Bar top dining is ideal for relaxed evenings when you can`t be bothered dining out at one of the many restaurants nearby
The bedroom is a calm and tidy space with a comfortable bed, bedside lighting, and a built-in desk that works well as a vanity or spot for remote work. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and hairdryer for everyday convenience.

Please note the building amenities (heated pool, infinity pool, spa & sauna) are subject to the building’s opening hours and may be unavailable for maintenance without notice. These facilities are located in a separate building within the complex.
There is both free and paid parking in the surrounding areas however, the free parking is timed 1-2 hours for most of the day.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
