Leaving this type of review wasn't my intention, but given the ongoing issues during (and after) our stay, I believe it's crucial to caution others before booking here.
It's been 15 days since we checked out, and yet the $200 bond has not been released to my bank account. The property has attempted to blame my bank, but my bank confirmed they haven't received any notification from the property to release the hold. This hold is set to expire on the 18th of May, a full month after check-out, which is unprecedented in all my years of travel.
Furthermore, our bath towels were stained with brown smears. Despite requesting replacements, the new towels also had similar stains.
Depending on the room, some windows have frosted glass, completely blocking any view outside. This could be problematic for those who are even slightly claustrophobic.
Lastly, the elevator broke during our stay, forcing us to carry our bags downstairs.
Given our experience and the ongoing issue with my $200 hold, we will not be returning to these apartments.
