"The staff that worked the front desk, we’re not friendly or welcoming, however, the Waitress is inside the restaurant and at the bar we’re fabulous. If I could recommend one important thing, they should have staff members cleaning the spiderwebs from the staircases and railings frequently."

"L hotel était bien situé, tres facile de manger ou magasiner en marchant. L hotel a besoin d un peu d amour. La chambre était quand même propre malgré des coulisses sur le mur de la salle de bain. Le déjeuner était bon et il y avait du choix, c est une des partie qui est vraiment importante pour nous. Je retournerais à cet hôtel. Je n ai pas croisé tant de personnel, a la réception a mon arrivée, la personne était correcte, en voulant faire mon check out j ai attendu près de 5 minutes et personne n est arrivé, j ai donc quitté. J ai apprécié le changement de serviettes, même si on ne l avait pas demandé, la femme de chambre a meme refait le lit, c est tres apprécié ca dans beaucoup de chaîne d hôtels, ils fait tjrs demander pour de nouvelles serviettes et c est un irritant. Donc un gros + pour Best Western"
