「I just stay 2 nights after I moved to Bucolic Resort. Bucolic Resort was a nice resort with an amazing customer service. We have some issues with wifi but that was all. Thank you to Focus and all his personal for making our 9 nights stay easy! 」

「Do not book this hotel online. The agent they use charges more than double and claims that they have more rooms than they actually have. It is actually Hotel Zawadi, but he switches it around to Zawadi Hotel so that he can keep the extra money for himself. Contact hotelzawadi@gmail.com. For Adjumani, it's actually not a bad facility, just a bad experience booking on Expedia.」

「I booked through Expedia and the payment was already charged to my card, but when I checked in, the hotel said they do not work with Expedia and forced me to pay in cash. It has been more than a week, and Expedia still hasn’t issued my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve had, and I’m honestly shocked that this issue is still not resolved. 」
