Shelby, thank you for the feedback on the Bathrooms. We appreciate your 5 out of 5 rating and for providing constructive feedback so we can improve our property. There are fans that come on with the lights but they are very quiet and we will have maintenance check your room and see if something is wrong that needs to be fixed. We are in the planning phase of bathroom renovations. We plan to start renovations in the fall which will include new backlit vanity mirrors and much more. We hope this will improve the lighting! We appreciate your feedback and have researched your concerns.Your room was checked after your departure and the room was quite cool at 68 degrees. There is a black out shade behind the privacy shade in all rooms; you did not have the black out shade engaged. We do not have any record of you calling the front desk with your concerns; we would of happily either moved you to a new room or offered a credit to address your issues.
