"Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices lots of space "

"The location is excellent and very close to the Lakefront in Bergen and central station is 10 minutes walk as well. The breakfast was a 10/10 with lots of healthy varieties of fruits, smoothies, oat porridges and of course all other varieties typically available in a continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly . "

"Clean room, comfy beds, nice staff and great location "

"We came off our ship early in the morning and were told our room would be available from 3pm which we expected but there was no leeway for an early check in. As it was raining we had to sit around for hours. I know it is policy but this hotel does get a lot of business off the cruise lines and should rethink how to cater for early arrivals. People would be willing to pay for an early checkin."

"Very convenient location near to Station. This isn’t a luxury hotel but it is always clean, lovely breakfast, helpful staff and excellent value for money! I use it frequently and will continue to use it. "
