“我们爱好旅游，一年出行很多次，这酒店可算我们住过最最好的酒店了。早餐不是buffet，除了面包篮其他的有很多的选项，蛋更是有5，6种不同选择，又健康又美味。酒店的服务人员个个热情，有礼，不是那种公式化的礼貌，非常亲切。提供你需要的所有帮助。酒店设施也很完备，免费提供码头接送服务。天热，每天在阳台的SPA池子泡着，看着海景，太美妙了。强烈推荐。”

“Die Lage des Hotels ist super mit direktem Meerblick, zum Hafen und den Verlegung, sowie der Burg. Die Zimmer sind noch ausreichend groß und die Betten bequem mit Zimmerscheine zwar renoviert (neue doppelverglaste Fenster, neue Badezimmer,armaturen und Fliesen) allerdings sehr schlecht instandgehalten. Überall an den Möbeln Abnutzungserscheinungen sowie Flecken an den Wänden. Ganz schlimm jedoch die Sauberkeit der Armaturen im Badezimmer, da das Wasser sehr kalt kaltick zu sein scheint, ist es……

“Lovely clean room that was regularly serviced by super friendly staff Very useful approach of automatic aircon that is enabled when the windows close but switches off if they're opened. Excellent location by the harbour with many restaurants and shops close by. But good glazing prevents excess noise accessing the rooms on a night. The balcony was a wonderful touch.”

“Staff wasn't super helpful. When you're in another country trying to get a taxi, front desk staff weren't very helpful. The initial person I delt with just said you can call them. When I'm staying at a place that markets themselves as a resort, the least you can do is call the taxi's for me and not make me feel like I was being a burden and had to come back later when the other person wasn't working so someone would call me a taxi. Some staff may need some retraining.”

“Very beautiful boutique hotel with 8 rooms. Hotel manager Eva is so kind and hospitable. She was a wonderful resource. Includes breakfast is delicious and made to order. Location ideal in Chania harbor.”

“It's a nice hotel with great facilities and staff. But it's far away from downtown (20+ minutes) and limited buses. It's good for the people who like to relax in quite environment. For the one who wants nightlife, I don't recommend it. 整體上飯店服務及設施都不錯，但是因為離市中心很遠，巴士班次有限，交通不太方便，對於喜歡夜生活的人不建議，但是希望安靜渡假者，這是不錯的選擇。”

“This hotel equipped with the tripadvisor number one restaurant ! And there are free shuttle bus to and from the town that cause you no hassle to town~ specially recommend for honeymoon and at least stay for 2-3 nights to enjoy the full experience!”

“The hotel is perfectly placed for seeing all of the old port and we had a room that looked onto the port itself. No review, however, can fail to mention the now-legendary George, whose family has owned this place for decades and who offers wonderful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and other not-to-be-missed sites. Actually it was a young woman at the desk (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) who recommended we switch our planned visit to Elifonissi beach to Falasarna. Brilliant! Turns……
