“Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. “The locality of this property is amazing. Stunning views, calm and peaceful. Our hosts (the owners), Julia and Spiros were delightful. They live at the property but are independent of all areas that are part of the rental. The house and pool were spotless. Amazing terraces with fantastic views out to sea. “What a lovely place. The villa was spacious, modern, clean and all within pretty, well kept grounds and with a superb view. So quiet. The pool is excellent and the hosts Katerina and Gregory were really nice and very helpful. It would have been a bonus if the villa had outside stairs from the veranda down to the pool area as the only way to the pool was either down though the bedrooms or out of the front door and then around the side of the villa to the back. “Just perfect, once again!!! After our first visit at the beginning of the year we decided to return with our friends! We booked all three villas this time. The complex / resort is perfect for a group holiday where you want to be together but also have the privacy you need when you need it!! Each of the villas had ample space for getting together for BBQ dinners and quiet corners for a little alone time! “We rented Villa Zoe in Sivota. Lovely small house in a really great position overlooking the small bay and village/marina that is a 7 min drive or 30 min walk away. Sivota has a lovely atmosphere and many brilliant restaurants and cafe's. The house has a terrific sea platform to sunbathe and swim from into the magical crystal seawater. Liaison with Lefkada Rentals/Villa Thalassa was pretty good, but their payment portal and then check-in a bit confusing. Both eventually resolved. The liaison……

“Zuerst haben wir das Anwesen nicht gleich gefunden, da Google-Maps falsche Daten angibt. (Das Haus ist "oberhalb" der nicht zu stark befahrenen Küstenstraße) Dafür sind wir mit einem kalten Orangensaft und einem feuchten Handtuch (zum Erfrischen) empfangen worden. Im Schlafzimmer waren die Betten sehr bequem, die Schränke groß und alles sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Das obere Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß und die Dusche sehr komfortabel. Der Pool ist auch sehr……

“Très jolie maison, climatisée, vue magnifique, accès à la mer aménagé à moins de 100m.Petit village a10’ en voiture pour les courses, restaurants et locations de bateaux.Nous avons été accompagné pendant le séjour d’une famille de chats très sympathique Bien équipée, petit bémol sur la réserve d’eau un peu insuffisante à 6 fin août et le bruit de la pompe de la piscine la nuit dans la chambre du bas.”

“Wir waren enttäuscht. Die Gartenmöbel aus geflochtenen Bast oder Plastik wären bei mir seit mind. 20 Jahren auf dem Müll gelandet. Der Pool war auf Beton gestrichenen Kunstoffmaterial gestrichen worden und löste sich an 20 bis 30 Stellen vom Beton ab. Sah nicht schön aus. Der Garten wurde sehr lieblos behandelt. Zum Waschmaschinenraum musste man die Pflanzen weghalten um durch zu kommen. Die Einrichtung innen war sehr sauber aber durch das Alter sah alles sehr abgewohnt aus. Auflagen fr die……
