「Great property but i have 3 “negative” or should I say, constructive criticism to tell: 1- Dont charge for extra pillows (pillows are super soft and uncomfortable) 2- Blankets are super thin and needed a second one to keep myself warm. 3- the pool area is beautiful but the floor is very slippery when you get out of pool…i took a tumble myself, almost fell…and later I spoke to the manager about it. It could have been a really disaster and ruined my vacation. 」

「Large room, firm and comfortable bed, air conditioning control, excellent shower, friendly staff. No kettle or cups in the room, fridge full so no room for our own stuff. No cereal for breakfast, and the same options every day. No liquid soap in the bathroom, just little shampoo and conditioner. 」

「It is the worst, most expensive, and oldest hotel where I have stayed. The restaurant staff is cold, food variety is very poor, the towel is much older than me, the room door is from last century, the facilities are so simple for the price. It would worth only 1/5 the price they offer.」
