「转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。」

「這酒店在網上的資料介紹顯示鄰近機場，但我到達Kruger Airport 後才知道Kruger National Park 範圍內有兩個機場 (這酒店鄰近的是?Parabula Airport)！由Kruger Airport 去這酒店要花單程R3,000，四小時車程(那裡是沒有Taxi)！結果我要即時由Airline 職員幫忙，臨時找當地另一酒店，當時十分狼狽及徬徨。現時我已返回香港，希望可向酒店討回已付費用。」

「The environment was very welcoming and everyday i saw how hard everyone on the staff worked in unison to provide me comfort and convenience. Elisha and Zebron i dealt with daily and they made sure everything was in order and that i enjoyed myself. 「I absolutely loved my stay. It was spacious with beautiful palm trees at the lower area where my room was. English breakfast was served and the food orders took max 30 minutes. It was quiet, serene and the beach beds were not as crowded as the neighboring hotels. It has the best beach area that forms a beautiful pool during the high tide and it was never crowded. Staff were very helpful and payments were paid with card or cash in USD and TZS conveniently. WiFi was a bit weak in the room but...

「Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.」

「This is a beautiful lodge located about 17 km from the Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park. The chalets are clean and cozy and the beds are quite comfortable. The walk-in showers and water pressure are excellent. The meals served in the lodge restaurant are buffet-style, with many selections.
