“The front staff were very helpful but the last day our room was not cleaned and we had no towels. I had to call twice to get someone from housekeeping to bring towels. They said they would clean the room after I called the first time but 2 hours later and they never did.
Problems with the AC but they fixed thst the 2nd day of our 3 day stay.
The breakfast was excellent and tje restaurants were good and with noce live entertainment.”

“If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs.
The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. ”
