Discover apartment 4 of our tourist residence in Tamraght, nestled between the sea and the mountains and surrounded by magnificent argan trees. This idyllic, quiet and secure location combines modernity and rustic charm, offering an experience that blends authenticity and contemporary comfort.

The space
The apartment offers distant sea views and is just a 5-minute drive to restaurants, 3 minutes to shops, and 8 minutes to the beach. On foot, the journey takes about twice as long.

This new and modern apartment is for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 3 people (with the sofa bed in the living room). It includes:

• 1 Bedroom: With a double bed, wardrobe and quality bedding for restful nights.

• Bright living room: Equipped with a sofa bed, a TV with all national and international channels, as well as access to Netflix.

• Free fast fiber optic Wi-Fi with your own private modem for your downtime.

• Fully equipped kitchen: Perfect for preparing delicious meals, with fridge, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils.

• Modern bathroom: With shower, towels and toiletries.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our residence, accessible by stairs.

The residence comprises a total of 6 apartments, and the one we offer is apartment no. 4.

according to Moroccan law, unmarried Moroccan couples are not allowed to share an apartment, the marriage certificate being authentic.
This prohibition applies to Moroccans only.
Guest access
The Rooftop (Elevated Terrace):

The real gem of this apartment is its rooftop with 360° panoramic views. Here you can admire:

• 180° sea view: Perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset.
• 180° view of the mountains: With their iconic argan trees, adding an authentic and natural touch to your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including rooftop 1 (rooftop terrace) and rooftop 2 (elevated terrace): No children unless accompanied by host and their guardians)
Other things to note
The residence has a co-working space for guests wishing to work on site, offering a fast fiber optic connection and panoramic views of the ocean and mountains.

For on-site catering, we're currently developing the menu. Currently, we can offer you a limited selection of hot and cold drinks. We plan to start offering breakfast, while lunch and dinner will be available very soon.
