Beautiful city villa with private pool, garden, air conditioning, WIFI in the center v. Agadir

Beautiful villa in the center of Agadir consisting of 3 large bedrooms, 2 toilets a large kitchen, 1 bathroom (with two sinks and a shower) and a large living and dining area. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood (security service) in the heart of Agadir. The shops of the daily needs are only a few steps away from the house. The large beach of Agadir is only 5 min. By car.

The house is decorated in the traditional Moroccan and European style.
The plot size is 250 square meters, and the living space is about 180 square meters and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is a large living room with dining area, living area with fireplace, TV area, guest WC and a large kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher.
On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
1. Room: double bed (160x200m), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and balcony.
2. Room: two single beds (90x200m) closet and air conditioning.
3. Room: Two single beds (90x200m), wardrobe and air conditioning.
The outdoor area consists of a terrace (with table, chairs and two sun loungers) and a beautiful sunny pool (about 4mx6m), which is well shielded from the neighboring houses and thus the privacy is ensured.
Next to the pool is a small room with shower and washing machine.
Garage is in the house and the garage door can be opened electrically with remote control.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

Since the house is in a familiar neighborhood, we rent only to families with or without children and to couples.

J’ai passer un très bon séjour dans cette villa qui est située à 3 minute de la côte de Agadir la villa est très bien agencé avec tout les outils dont on n’a besoin que sa soit les produits de cuisine au produit ménager tout y est et le petit plus c’est que elle est situé dans un endroit très très calme même dans la journée ce qui est très rare et proche de tout les commerce que sa soit supermarché boucherie coiffeur ect.. merci à la personne qui m’a accueillie très gentille répond toujours quand vous avez besoin de quelque chose Merci encore je saurait ou venir la prochaine fois que je viens à agadir

Lovely Villa and well placed for food shopping and beach.

Felt very safe and very private villa. Walking distance to the beach 15 mins and 20 mins walk to a supermarket. Smaller shops for food just around the corner. The Villa was very clean and owner was really friendly. Quite at night, but you could hear the mosque which we loved. Great to have the pool and its a sun trap at the back of the Villa from 10am - 7pm. Brilliant trips and we had a amazing holiday. We stayed there in the Easter holidays.

Belle villa , sise dans un beau quartier.

Nous sommes allés en janvier et février et la température était excellente , selon nos attentes , beaucoup de soleil, cependant la villa manque un peu d’ensoleillement, mais bien agréable à vivre. On peut marcher pour se rendre à la plage, environ 3/4 d’heure, mais cela ne coûte de rien de s’y rendre en voiture ou taxi orange, et ainsi on peut marcher sur le broad walk, qui est très joli. À proximité se trouvent des petits commerces ( boucher, étal de fruits et légumes, coiffeur etc.) Merci à Mourad qui s’est bien occupé de nous et qui était toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions ou pour réparer les petits problèmes techniques.

Nous étions 6, de 6 mois à 92 ans et nous avons tous été unanimes (oui oui... même à 6 mois!), nous avons vécu un séjour merveilleux! Very spacious and very clean

The property was spacious and clean lovely house to stay. The kids loved waking up to the pool made life easier to just chill, the only issue I had was I had a toddler and their is no security for the pool so had to keep the doors shut, if I wasn't out there. Everything is a few minutes walk bakery, cafes,shops for your everyday needs. And the beach is a few minutes in a taxi though we did walk a few times it was nice to take in the scenery and see what was around. The owners brother was great he helped us with anything we needed beyond what was required. Truly recommend.

Great convinient place in Agadir

We arrived to this beatiful villa. The key handover was smooth and Morad was ever so helpful. It has all you might need for a home away from home. It is clean and spacious. Its very close to stores and a lovely bakery also close to a Hammam, a play ground and a great hairdresser. I would definitely recommend this place.

La famille de l'hôte a particulièrement été accueillante avec nous, et ce durant tout le séjour. Nous avons pu bénéficier de leurs précieux conseils pour visiter Agadir. Nous avons séjourné en famille plusieurs jours dans cette maison du 22/08 au 25/08. La maison est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, sécurisé, agréable et proche de tous commerces. Les photos de la maison reflètent bien la réalité, soigneusement décorée et assez grande pour 4 adultes et 1 bébé. On nous a d'ailleurs mis à disposition un lit bébé tout neuf. Le descriptif reflète la réalité. N'hésitez pas à louer cette belle villa !
