Close to all amenities. A 10 minute walk from Agadir beach in a quiet residential area and close to a massage parlor. Ihchach district CPH (Centre Crown Prince) bordering Talborjt, Rotarian and Najah (next to the field before and Castelelani Najah Souss)
Apartment new, modern, air-conditioned with wifi and all television channels.
Composed of a room with double bed and a room with two single beds with dressing (entirely new).
10 euros cleaning fee.
Guarantee of 350 euros requested in cash or check (only in case of deterioration in the accommodation).

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement en famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants). L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, bien aéré et bien placé. Le quartier est calme et sympa. Très proches de quartiers assez vivants (talborjt ...). Merci au propriétaire pour sa réactivité et son indulgence pour les petits imprévus de notre côté. Nous reviendrons surement.

The joy of living in an Arab quarter of Agadir.

We loved it. Everywhere was easily accessible by city taxi. The quartier of Nahda is so friendly. We were met with nothing but smiles and helpfulness. Mina, our host,was particularly friendly. We just loved our time, loved Marocco and it is definitely on our list to visit again.

Absolutely Excellent!

Mina was such a wonderful host! The place was wonderful, clean and all the appliances appeared to be new. The air conditioner worked great the day that was very warm. Cab ride to the marina or the souk was only $2 or 20 dirhams or less.
