Nice house in a spanish syle overhanging the city of Agadir, in a enclosed plot planted with trees and full of flowers. There also is a big swimming pool.
The house id located in residential area, quiet and safe.

The house is composed of three living-rooms, a fully-equiped kitchen, four bedrooms including a parental suite with a balcony. there also is air-con.

On the first floor there are a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzi.

Nice finishing touches, upscale furnishing.
Exceptional product for Marocco.

Caretaker present on the premises.

A french speaking househeeper is coming daily and is usually employed at the house (she is doing the household most of the time, but she can also do the shopping, she can cook,... for a slight increase in the price. This has to be checked directly with her.)

Supermarket, chemist, sport club close to the house.

Inner-city at 10 minutes, beach at 6 kms, sun warranty 300 days per year at Agadir.

vacances en famille

Riad spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Le Gardien disponible, au petit soin, gentil et chaleureux. Rachida, femme de ménage, adorable, prévenante. visites dans les alentours agréables, les marocains chaleureux. Et les plats tout simplement délicieux. Pour louer une voiture, n'hésitez à passer par Rachid le gardien. Envie d'y retourner !!!

Belle villa très spacieuse, piscine magnifique, très bien situé dans les hauteurs d’Agadir. (location de voiture indispensable) bien équipée la Dame de ménage Fatima au top très gentille et discrète, cuisine super bien (sur demande avec supplément) le Gardien Rachid est sur place dans la villa 24h/24 disponible pour toute demande. Merci pour ce séjour

Truly beautiful property

All the rooms a good size and lots of moroccan mosaic bathrooms. The highlight without doubt is the 2 x 3 m screen in the upstairs room for watching netflix etc after dark. Such a superb addition is also a first for us a rental property. The pool although too cold for swimming in December is the biggest and best in over 10 properties we have previously rented. We used all the daylight hours and some of the evening ones sitting outside here since the garden was well lit. I believe it will now have out of season heating which would mean we probably would never have left the beautiful garden! We particular we enjoyed spotting the several tortoises living in the garden. Fatima deserves a special mention for doing ALL our washing up since the dishwasher didn't work and generally looking after the house during our stay. Rachid always on hand to tame banging shutters (we had some wind our first days) and start up the Hamman or sauna in the basement for when we returned from a day out. Wonderful additions to an already well appointed property. The house is secure in its own grounds and in a nice area only a short drive from down town.

Superbe séjour

Les prestations annoncées par l'annoncent sont au RDV, rien à redire. Le gardien Rachid, nous a accueilli parfaitement et il nous a accompagné pendant ce séjour d'une façon remarquable. La propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas au niveau souhaité mais cela a été corrigé immédiatement. Merci c'était superbe.

Tout d abord merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité.Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille merveilleuses les enfants étaient ravis propreté irréprochable la piscine sauna hamam et Jaccusi convenables je tiens à remercier particulièrement Rachid pour sa gentillesse et ses services inégalables, merci à Lakbira la femme de ménage pour son travail et encore merci à l equipe pour les bons petits plats partagés comme la famille à très très bientôt 😘😘😘

Très bon séjour tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Michel. Conforme à l’annonce, elle est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le gardien Rachid est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La propreté pourrait parfois être améliorée et certains équipements secondaires modernisés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette villa.

Très bon sejour

Villa spacieuse, bien équipée, dans un quartier sécurisé. La villa est propre , le ménage est effectué tous les jours, grande piscine ( mais à rénover), hamam, sauna et jacuzzi très appréciable. Merci à Rachid (qui a une fonction de gardien ) ... mais qui gère d’une main de maître cette villa, à votre disposition 24h sur 24, , à votre écoute et fait tout ce qu’il faut pour que votre séjour soit une réussite complète, vraiment une personne exceptionnelle. PS: un barbecue serait vraiment un plus surtout pour prendre les repas sous la superbe pergola extérieure à côté de la piscine. Nous retournerons sans problème pour un prochain séjour dans cette villa.
