“I have stayed in this hotel 3 times this year & love staying here. It's located in the older part of Agadir, about 20mins from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I have gone solo & with a friend, having our own rooms & each time, was well looked after. It's an authentic Morrocan hotel built in 1975, a bit tired but clean & also safe to stay in. There's a few local restaurants near by & a great little cafe across the road, with excellent coffee. If you need information……

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, making sure everything was spotless. The location is also great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful and quiet.”

“We stayed for 5 nights, were originally given a room that was dirty and smelt horrendous - reception acknowledged and allowed us to change rooms although the room we were changed to did not have a sea view which we paid extra for.. they said this is all that was available and agreed to change rooms to a sea view room the next day when available. Eventually got a room we were relatively happy with but did not receive one night of peaceful sleep as loud entertainment music from bars/other hotels……

“So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You……
