I had 3 nights with a group we had so much fun at the hotel, the food is fine, there is no internet at the hotel so you should buy a SIM card to use the internet if you wish, the animation are so nice and friendly we enjoyed the activities in total I’d rate the hotel 7/10

Sejour de la semaine du 28/08 au 05/09, pas de confinement demandé par l hôtel. Seul le personnel porte un masque et distanciation pas du tout respectée par les Polonais et les Tchèques en nombre, surtout au restaurant. Séjour cependant très agréable au bord de la grande piscine ou bien de celle plus calme réservée aux bungalows. Très belle plage. Piscine intérieure petite. Spa bien équipé mais 1 seule masseuse pro sur les 2 qui m ont massée. Bonne animation en général. Femme de ménage adorable. Bon séjour même si beaucoup de monde les 2 derniers jours.

Séjour superbe dans cet hôtel magnifique. Seul bémol la nourriture du buffet. Pas assez variée et qui manquait de plats orientaux à mon goût. Le personnel est en revanche très serviable et discret.

Trop de petits désagréments ; poignées de porte qui vous restent dans les mains, rideaux qui menacent de tomber, selon la personne qui fait le ménage cela peut être excellent ou médiocre, les buffets sont bien meilleurs dans d'autres hôtels de même catégorie, même secteur.

Séjour à ne pas renouveler ni à recommander

Arrivée à 22h suite retard du vol, Kamel le réceptionniste fatigué de sa journée nous a reçu comme des chiens, pas de corbeille de fruit dans une chambre surchauffée ( nous apprendrons que la clim ne fonctionne plus en octobre) et surtout surtout PAS DE PAPIER DE TOILETTE dans cette hôtel soi disant 4 étoiles.L'activité ping pong d'ordinaire près de la piscine est reléguée dans la salle de spectacle sans information et l"animateur etait agressif, en général le personnel est agréable sauf 2 ou 3 individus n'ayant pas le sens commercial . Faire payer le jus d'orange frais dans ce pays est effarant .Pas de pots de yaourth , pas de dattes.

Très bel hôtel, spacieux avec un accès direct à la plage. Transats et parasols sur la plage. La chambre était très grande avec une magnifique terrasse vue sur la mer, et les espaces communs aussi. Le personnel est serviable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et avons passé un agréable séjour. Le point d’amelioration concerne la nourriture: les buffets n’ont pas beaucoup de nourriture traditionnelle mais plutôt européenne, c’est dommage. Malgré tout beaucoup de légumes et de belles salades!

Hôtel sympathique et familial. Ambiance chaleureuse à condition de se montrer respectueux avec le personnel ce qui n’estHélas pas le cas de tous les Français..... je suis impressionnée par l’aptitude dédaigneuse de certains clients qui critiquent tout et n’importe quoi, à se demander comment ils vivent chez eux ..... l’équipe d’animation est au top, présente sans être pesante .... je recommande cet hôtel à qui veut passer d’agréables vacances les pieds dans l’eau sans se prendre la tête. J’allais oublier, les chambres sont confortables et dotées de bonnes literies.

Super staying

I stayed at the end of April. Room with the sea view. Super location of hotel. 4 star for sure. Welcome stuff wich speak German, English, Russian, French. Good long Beaty beach. WiFi is good in the morning and during the day. Evening signal not strong. Territory of the hotel is big and nice. Animation is very weak. Room is good and big 32 m2. Clean towels. Good service. Food and simple drinks are Included - recommended. Here stay more couples different ages.

Le site ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel étaient très bien, certains équipements comme la plaine de jeux et la salle de sport étaient en mauvais état, par contre, avec la fraicheur du climat, la piscine chauffée était un vrai plaisir pour toute la famille.

Bon hotel peu mieux faire sur la restauration

Hôtel très bien situé (accès direct à une des plus belle plage de Djerba ) mais prestations un peu juste surtout au niveau de la restauration ( buffet répétitif , peu varié ), le rapport qualité prix reste quand même intéressant. Équipe d'animation sympathique .

À oublier !

Séjour de 15 jours en août 2018 Cette hôtel est à éviter !!! Mes vacances sont un désastre, je devais avoir ma chambre à 12h mais je l’ai eu qu’à 13h30, je me suis fait voler une serviette et le personnel de la réception m’a répondu que c’était pas son problème et qu’il fallait que je paye encore 10 dinars, après m’être engueulé pendant 15 minutes avec j’ai enfin eu ma serviette. Je me faisais réveiller tout les matins avec des bruits de déplacement de meubles, j’en ai parlé à la réception et ils m’ont répondu qu’ils s’en occuperaient mais rien à changer pendant les 15 jours ! La plage est très sales et pas nettoyée il y a beaucoup d’algues et on ressort de l’eau avec plein de saletés sur soi...la nourriture est tout les jours pareil et très basique, patates, pâtes...la ville est très très sale et il y a une odeur très forte tout le temps... une belle déception c’ La première fois que je suis content de rentrer de mes vacances. Sans parler du manque de respect de la réception...le fitness est payant alors que sur le site s’est marqué gratuit, bref un profond dégoût pour ce pays et cet hôtel !!! Il y a que de l’hypocrysie et du mana de respect !

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Très belle vue sur la mer depuis les chambres. Buffet assez riche et varié, manque de variété dans les laitages. Coupures instannées d'eau chaude, très désagréables quand on est en train de prendre une douche.

Schönes Hotel am wunderschönen Yeti Strand

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage ist schön begrünt und lädt zum spazieren ein. Strand ist weitläufig und super zum schwimmen. Service in allen Bereichen war sehr angenehm. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Amazing site, mediocre hotel

Oh where to begin.... On the positive, the Helios is right on the beautiful beach, about 30 mins by cab from the airport (expect to pay a few euros...cabs are dirt cheap here), the site is spectacular and if you're an early riser you will be treated to amazing sunrises over the ocean (sunsets less spectacular as they give over a sandy marsh. So what's wrong? In a word everything!. The mediocre facilities are in dire need of renovation. Everything looks old. Not classic old, just mediocre old. The food, while abundant (it's a buffet) is highly repetitive and quite bland. Barely any tunisian food, except Thursday nights which is actually good or coucous on the lunch buffet. Deserts are awful...stick with Ice cream. Salads, breakfast are all identical day in and day out. Same for afternoon snacks. Pancakes every day and nothing else. As for animation, same boring activities every day with staff more interested in socializing than doing fun activities. As for cleanliness, our room, a suite, was barely cleaned. Many items missed. I wouldn't say it was dirty as much as mediocre cleaning. Also, avoid the al-inclusive. The alcohol served is all local and Tunisia is not exactly known as making great gin or scotch. Bring your own from duty free This is the type of hotel that needs to fast forward from the 80's to 2018. Internet is slow, TVs are small with limited channel, amenities are at a strict minimum. Basically, the hotel strives to excel in mediocrity!
