「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? 「I loved my 8 night stay at the City Circus. The building is beautiful and my room (4 bed female dorm with en-suite) was spacious with a locker large enough to fit my suitcase into.
