We were there for Easter Celebration. A perfect beautiful view to capture all the festivities of the Easter celebration. A quaint village with wonderful restaurants and pleasant people

Room big and clean with small but functional kitchen. The cheaper rooms don't have double beds, just twin beds. We were on the 2nd floor on a Friday night and it wass incredibly noisy until 2 AM. Wifi didn't work at first but was cured when the receptionist re-started it.

Hôtel vieillot et personnel pas aimable du tout. Aucun conseil de visites ou bonnes adresses. On nous a dit que la Crête c'était juste pour se reposer ! Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolantes et laissent passer la chaleur et surtout le bruit le soir et tard dans la nuit, donc, très difficile de dormir surtout sans rideaux occultants qui n'arrangent rien puisqu'il fait jour dans la chambre très tôt. Les portes palières claquent car pas de systèmes pour les retenir. Climatisation capricieuse. Très cher pour la prestation. Un des pires hôtels de tous ceux que j'ai faits en Grèce et Crête. A fuir

Room with a view, very centrally located

Lady who checked me in was very friendly and nice. Room was decent, and the hotel was very centrally located, on one of the two main pedestrian area. There’s a view of the lake from my room.

Great location in Eastern Crete

Owing to the uncertain times of the pandemic, hotels generally had their own interpretation of the Covid rules. We stayed at 4 hotels on our visit to Crete and Du Lac had the worst interpretation of the rules - opting to avoid making our bed or to straighten out the room even when we asked for this. We noticed only the trash would be removed. Great location in the centre of town. Easy access to restaurants, the harbour, and long and short walks across town. The lake view is astounding and the restaurant in the Hotel was amazing with great cocktails and the most amazing service. Parking is a short walk away for €3 per day.

Belle vue mais bruyant

Parfaitement placé en centre ville avec une magnifique vue sur le Lac. Les murs sont très fins et nous étions logés à côté de l'ascenseur et du local technique d'entretien. Beaucoup de bruit alors que nous avions expressément demandé une chambre calme. Literie et chambre correctes.
