The hotel was basic, but very well located. The Metro was basically a minute or 2 away from the hotel. It was very clean, aircon was excellent, staff very helpful, very near all major tourists spots / attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyonne, especially to first timers in Athens. Perfect location to get around the city. Felt safe in the hotel and the area. Worth the money paid for.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Staff is phenomenal. Every staff member is extremely helpful. We were checking out early at 530. They called an excellent taxi and even packed us to go vegetarian breakfast boxes and perfect double shot cappuccinos. Breakfast is off an a la carte menu and they will get you whatever you order. They patiently helped us with directions to different places. Room is small but cleverly designed so there is plenty of room! If you want true hospitality, this is the place to go.

"Took far too long to check in. They disabled our keys before checkout time and we had to go down to checkin desk to get keys rekeyed. Of the 5 rooms in our party this happened to all. Some of them resorted to going to cleaning staff to open rooms to get luggage out for Transport to airport. Good ..."
