Seashells This inviting spacious holiday house is located in the private gated estate of Arthur's Park, and is as close to the beach as possible, just a 50m stroll down the beach track and you are literally on Agnes Water main beach. Seashells is a fantastic beachside property with plenty of room for the family, surrounded by sub-tropic gardens and bushland.
Estate restrictions apply - no party-type gatherings, 20k speed limit, onsite estate managers, no dune access.

Wake up each morning to the tranquil sound of the waves and the native bird life in song. An easy stroll into the main shopping area of Agnes Water where you will find cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops, park the car, and there it will stay or you can visit the historical Town of 1770 just 3 min drive. Best of all the beach is simply a stroll along the beach track and you are there.

- Downstairs offers a very spacious living area, lounge, and dining areas leading out onto the sun-drenched deck. Enjoy an evening meal on the deck via the bbq or from the fully self-contained kitchen.

- Upstairs you will find the generously sized main bedroom with a king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, sitting area & tv.
- Bedroom two with Queen bed & bedroom three with two singles. There is also a child's trundle available if needed.
