「Amazing staff very helpful wonderful stay」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Our room - in the annex - was lovely and squeaky clean...and OMG THE VIEW! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was delicious. If we return to Menaggio, we will stay at the Hotel Royal.」

「We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking...

「Schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt am See und nettes Personal. Leider war der Mülleimer in Bad bei Ankunft nicht geleert und der Kühlschrank hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, aber die Anliegen wurden schnell behoben. Ansonsten alles sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut」

「We had a great stay ! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone is friendly. The breakfast is amazing . Ferry is just few steps from the hotel . The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Our room is clean and the view of the lake is priceless .」

「Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable.」
