ITC Mughal was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely efficient, the food at Taj Bano and Peshawari was excellent and there is an interesting sampling of shops within the hotel. The hotel grounds are nice for a small walk and the puppet show was adorable. I would highly recommend it.

Reception was proficient and polte. The lady in charge was clear with information required. She delivered tickets for the Taj at nominal additional cost. The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra
Very luxury hotel. Beautiful view and facilities with good restaurants and good service. The price is a bit high per night, but all other alternatives in AGRA are far behind a luxury standard.
