"After sending 8 emails regarding the cancellation of this reservation I was suprised and amused to get yet another AI generated email that said how pleased you were to host us. I would suggest that Guest Ready ditch the AI and provide REAL HUMANS to actually read emails and care enough to provide a real response to problems. The worst customer service I have ever encountered."
